摘要

本文总结中药热罨包穴位热熨配合耳穴压豆治疗产后宫缩痛患者的护理经验。针对产妇的病情特点，通过中医特色护理、情志护理、辨证施膳及健康宣教等措施的落实，帮助产妇缓解产后宫缩痛，改善睡眠问题。

Abstract

To explore the therapeutic effect of acupoint hot ironing combined with auricular acupoint pressing for a case of puerperal uterine contractions， and summarized related nursing measures. According to the characteristics of the illness condition of the patient， Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing， emotional nursing， diet nursing by syndrome differentiation and health education measures were carried out to relieve the pain of uterine contractions and improve sleep quality.
