摘要
本文总结头部刮痧治疗1例肝阳上亢型高血压患者的护理体会。护理措施包括患者病情的观察与监测、个性化饮食指导、用药护理、情志调理等，并基于中医辨证理论，实施中医特色头部刮痧疗法，经过4次刮痧治疗及护理配合，患者血压降至正常水平，头晕、头痛症状明显改善，病情好转出院。
Abstract
This article summarized the nursing cooperation in head scraping treatment applied to 1 patient with hypertension of Liver-Yang hyperactivity type. The main points of nursing included observation and monitoring of the patient's condition， personalized diet guidance， medication nursing and emotional care. Based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation， the head scraping treatment was carried out. After 4 times of scraping treatment， the blood pressure of the patient decreased to normal level after 12 days of hospitalization， and the symptoms of dizziness and headache were significantly improved.
