摘要

本文总结1例严重营养不良患者中西医结合护理体会。护理人员通过对患者的营养评估和筛查，确定营养补给的必要性，通过增加肠内营养液摄入、中药膳食的补充，以及与家属制定食谱等措施，促进营养的全面吸收，改善营养不良的症状。针对肠内营养摄入不足导致的腹胀、便秘等问题，采用中西医结合方式进行预防及治疗，鼓励患者进行康复锻炼，制定康复计划，多方位促进肌力的恢复，尽早使患者回归家庭与社会。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of severe malnutrition with integrated Chinese and Western medicine. Through the nutritional assessment and screening of patients， the nursing staff determined the necessity of nutritional supply， and promoted the comprehensive absorption of nutrition and improved the symptoms of malnutrition by increasing the intake of enteral nutrient solution， supplementation of traditional Chinese medicine diet， and formulating recipes with family members. In view of the problems such as abdominal distension and constipation caused by insufficient enteral nutrition intake， the prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine are adopted to encourage patients to carry out rehabilitation exercises， formulate rehabilitation plans， promote the recovery of muscle strength in various aspects， and return patients to their families and society as soon as possible.
