摘要

本文总结1例抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体（ANCA）相关性血管炎患者的护理体会。护理干预实施过程中，护理人员通过观察患者生命体征，评估患者疾病进展、治疗效果以及患者病情变化和异常情况，为正确诊断ANCA相关性血管炎提供有价值的临床信息，有利于医生制定有效的治疗方案，提高ANCA相关性血管炎治疗的成功率，减少并发症的发生。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing management of a patient with anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies （ANCA）-associated vasculitis. Based on the nurses' observation of the patient's vital signs and assessment of disease progression， treatment effect， changes and abnormal conditions during the implementation of nursing intervention， valuable clinical information was provided for the correct diagnosis of ANCA-associated vasculitis， and effective treatment plans were formulated. Nursing interventions based observation and assessment could improve the success rate of ANCA-associated vasculitis treatment and reduce the occurrence of complications.
