摘要
本文观察拔火罐罐联合穴位贴敷疗法干预1例脾虚湿盛型单纯性肥胖症患者的效果，总结护理经验。在中医辨证施护理论下，以中医基本理论及经络理论为指导，运用拔罐、中药穴位贴敷疗法有效减轻了患者体重，提高患者对健康相关生命质量的自我认知。
Abstract
This paper observed the effect of cupping therapy combined with acupoint application therapy on a patient with simple obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness excess， and summarized the nursing experience. Under the syndrome differentiation and nursing theory of traditional Chinese medicine， guided by the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the theory of meridians， cupping therapy and acupoint application therapy of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively reduce the body weight of patients and improve their self-cognition of health-related quality of life.
