摘要

本文总结了1例中药塌渍联合蜡疗技术治疗多系统萎缩患者排尿障碍的护理经验。通过护理评估、中药塌渍药方组成、穴位选取及相关护理等护理措施，有效地改善了患者的膀胱功能，提高了患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience on treating one patient with multi-system atrophy by Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with wax therapy. Nursing evaluation， composition of Chinese medicine prescription， selection of acupoints and related nursing measures were adopted. The patient’s bladder function and life quality were effectively improved.
