摘要

本文总结了耳穴贴压联合穴位按摩治疗1例乳腺癌患者化疗相关性恶心呕吐的护理经验。乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一，患者在手术后进行化疗的同时，除了杀伤肿瘤细胞外，还可损伤正常的组织和细胞。化疗药物毒性反应较多，其中恶心呕吐是最常见的。本案例通过分析化疗所致的恶心呕吐相关因素，根据整体护理的观念，采用中西医结合的护理方法，制定护理计划，采取耳穴贴压联合穴位按摩的中医护理技术，辅以对症护理措施，最终有效减轻患者化疗后恶心呕吐的反应，提高了患者的生活质量，为更多同类病例提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of auricular point sticking and pressing combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of chemotherapy related nausea and vomiting in a patient with breast cancer. Breast cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in women. When patients receive chemotherapy after surgery， not only are tumor cells killed， but also normal tissues and cells are damaged. Chemotherapy drugs have more toxic reactions， with nausea and vomiting being the most common side effects. This case analyzes the factors related to nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy， and based on the concept of holistic nursing， a nursing method combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine is adopted to develop a nursing plan. Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques such as ear acupoint pressing combined with acupoint massage， accompanied by symptomatic nursing measures， are taken to effectively reduce the patient's reaction to nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy. At the same time， the patient's quality of life is improved. This nursing method can provide reference for more similar cases.
