摘要

本文总结1例糖尿病慢性伤口患者行雷火灸联合紫草油治疗后的临床效果观察和护理经验。在糖尿病慢性伤口治疗和护理的基础上，辨证选穴实施雷火灸，患处予院内制剂紫草油纱湿敷，干预11天后，患者创口面积缩小，小腿肿胀消失，疼痛和瘙痒明显缓解。该治疗方法操作简单、易行，值得临床借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarized the clinical effect observation and nursing experience of a diabetic patient with chronic wounds treated with thunder-fire moxibustion combined with arnebia root oil. On the basis of the treatment and nursing of diabetic chronic wounds， thunder-fire moxibustion was carried out on acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation， and the affected area was wet compress with arnebia root oil gauze. After 11 days of intervention， the wound area of the patient was reduced， the swelling of calf disappeared， and the pain and itching were significantly relieved. The treatment method is simple， easy， it is worth for clinical reference.
