摘要

本文总结火龙罐联合中药汤剂治疗1例老年糖尿病合并皮肤瘙痒患者的护理体会。基于中医辨证理论，实施火龙罐联合口服中药汤剂，同时配合饮食护理、皮肤护理、心理护理、用药护理等干预措施，有效改善了患者皮肤瘙痒症状。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of an elderly patient with diabetes mellitus and pruritus treated with Huolong jar combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction. Based on the syndrome differentiation theory of traditional Chinese medicine， the fire dragon pot combined with oral Chinese medicine decoction， combined with diet care， skin care， psychological care， medication care and other interventions can effectively improve the patients' skin itching symptoms.
