摘要

本文总结1例腺样体肥大患儿行雷火灸联合铜砭刮痧干预的效果评价及护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，采取雷火灸联合铜砭刮痧治疗并配合饮食指导、情志护理、生活起居护理、健康知识宣教等常规护理措施，可较好促进腺样体肥大患儿康复，利于患儿预后，值得临床推广。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the effect evaluation and nursing experience of a child with adenoid hypertrophy treated by thunder-fire moxibustion combined with copper needle scraping. Based on the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing， thunder-fire moxibustion and copper needle scraping combined with the routine nursing measures including diet guidance， emotional nursing， daily life nursing and health knowledge education can promote the child rehabilitation and benefit the prognosis， which is worthy of clinical promotion.
