摘要

热敏灸联合循经刮痧是一种治疗顽固性呃逆患者的中医外治方法。本文通过剖析1例顽固性呃逆患者给予热敏灸联合铜砭刮痧治疗的案例，评估其治疗前后生活质量评分、呃逆起效时间和呃逆消失率、临床疗效及不良反应发生等情况，结果显示运用该外治法可提高患者的生活质量（饮食、睡眠、精神状态），起效时间短，呃逆消失间隔时间长，且未出现不良反应。因此，热敏灸联合循经刮痧治疗顽固性呃逆，能够有效改善患者生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with scraping along meridians is a traditional Chinese medicine external treatment for patients with intractable hiccup. This paper analyzed a case of refractory hiccup treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with copper bian scraping， and evaluated the quality of life score before and after treatment， the onset time of hiccup and the disappearance rate of hiccup， clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. The results showed that the application of external treatment could improve the quality of life （diet， sleep， mental state） of patients， and the onset time was short. The hiccups disappeared for a long time， and no adverse reactions occurred. Therefore， heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with scraping along meridians in the treatment of intractable hiccup can effectively improve the quality of life of patients， which is worthy of clinical application.
