摘要

本文总结1例温通拨筋罐疗法联合八段锦治疗脾虚湿盛型肥胖患者的护理经验。根据患者中医辨证分型进行辨证施护，为患者制定个体化护理方案采用温通拨筋罐技术与八段锦结合的方式进行治疗。根据治疗前后的BMI对比，治疗效果显著。中医适宜技术操作简单、不良反应少、价格低廉、患者接受度高，值得临床大力推广。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of an obese patient with spleen deficiency and dampness excess treated with Wentong Tiaojin cupping therapy combined with Baduanjin. Dialectically provide nursing care based on the patient's TCM syndrome differentiation and classification， and develop personalized nursing plans for the patient. The combination of Wentong Tiaojin technology and Baduanjin is taken for treatment. According to the comparison of BMI before and after treatment， the treatment effect is significant. The suitable techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine are simple to operate， and with few adverse reactions， low prices， and high patient acceptance， which are worth promoting vigorously in clinical practice.
