摘要
本文总结1例大肠湿热兼肝郁型久痢患者的护理经验。以“络以通为用”理论为基础，使用刮痧联合药物罐缓解因脉络亏虚、肠络痹阻引起的腹泻、黏液脓血便和腹痛，配合使用五音疗法，缓解患者因病程迁延引起的焦虑抑郁情绪，护理效果显著。
Abstract
This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of chronic dysentery with large intestine damp-heat and liver depression. Based on the theory of "collateralization for use"， scraping combined with drug pot was used to relieve diarrhea， mucous pus and bloody stool and abdominal pain caused by deficiency of blood vessels and obstruction of intestinal collaterals， and five-tone therapy was used to relieve anxiety and depression caused by prolonged course of disease. The nursing effect was significant.
