摘要

本文总结1例悬灸治疗肛瘘术后尿潴留患者的护理经验。悬灸法操作简单方便，经济实用，既能降低导尿率，又能改善患者排尿困难情况。配合实施中医特色护理、饮食护理、情志护理及健康指导等措施，有效帮助患者改善术后尿潴留。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with urinary retention after anal fistula treated with suspension moxibustion. Suspended moxibustion is simple， convenient， economical and practical， which can not only reduce the catheterization rate， but also improve the dysuria of patients. TCM characteristic nursing， diet nursing， emotional nursing， health guidance and other measures were implemented to effectively help patients improve postoperative urinary retention.
