摘要

本文总结1例老年前列腺切除伴陈旧性尿潴留患者的中医联合护理经验。针对患者症状，主要采取的护理措施包括火龙罐疗法干预腰骶部、腹部中下焦，耳部阳性反应点压豆，配合饮食指导等综合护理干预。患者通过中医联合护理，一个疗程后病情好转出院。

Abstract

This article summarized the experience of combined traditional Chinese medicine nursing for an elderly patient with prostate resection and old urinary retention. In view of the patients' symptoms， the main nursing measures included fire dragon pot therapy to intervene lumbosacral region， middle and lower abdominal coke， ear positive reaction point pressure beans， combined with diet guidance and other comprehensive nursing intervention. After a course of treatment， the patient's condition improved and was discharged from hospital.
