摘要

本文总结1例肝硬化并发下肢丹毒患者行中药外敷技术治疗的护理经验。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采取针对性措施，包括中药金黄膏外敷技术，同时结合饮食、生活等常规护理。经治疗干预后，患者下肢丹毒明显改善。中药外敷治疗下肢丹毒具有成本低、操作简便、疗效好、安全性高的优点。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with liver cirrhosis complicated by lower limb erysipelas treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine external application technology. Guided by the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing， the external application technique of TCM Jinhuang ointment， combined with routine nursing care such as diet and daily life care were applied. After treatment intervention， the patient's lower limb erysipelas significantly improved. The application of TCM for the treatment of lower limb erysipelas has the advantages of low cost， simple operation， good therapeutic effect， and high safety.
