摘要

本文总结 1例慢性心力衰竭患者容量管理的精细化护理经验。针对患者的护理问题进行限盐、液体摄入管理、利尿剂应用管理、体质量及尿量监测、水肿护理、心理干预、运动指导等精细化容量管理方式，使患者主动、积极参与自我管理，改善患者心功能，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the refined nursing experience of volume management in a patient with chronic heart failure. Targeting the nursing issues， refined volume management methods such as salt restriction， liquid intake management， diuretic application management， body weight and urine volume monitoring， edema care， psychological intervention， and exercise guidance are implemented to encourage the patient to actively participate in self-management， improve the heart function， and enhance the quality of life.
