摘要

目的

探讨皮内针干预食管瘅患者的方法及临床疗效，丰富食管瘅患者的中医调护方法。

方法

予食管瘅患者皮内针治疗，严密观察患者病情变化；总结相关护理方法及经验，预防复发，提高患者生活质量。

结果

经皮内针治疗，患者反酸烧心及腹痛腹胀症状得到缓解，病情稳定后出院。

结论

在药物治疗的基础上，采用皮内针治疗可有效缓解食管瘅患者的反酸烧心及腹痛腹胀症状，促进食管瘅患者康复。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the method of intradermal needle intervention in patients with esophageal despair an illusion of and clinical curative effect， rich despair an illusion of esophagus in patients with chinese medicine regulating methods.

Methods

The patient was treated with intradermal acupuncture and his condition was observed closely. To Summarizes the related nursing methods and experience， prevent recurrence， improve the patients quality of life.

Results

the symptoms of acid reflux， heartburn， abdominal pain and abdominal distension were relieved after percutaneous acupuncture treatment. The patient was discharged after stable condition.

Conclusions

On the basis of drug treatment， intradermal acupuncture can effectively alleviate the symptoms of acid reflux and heartburn， abdominal pain and abdominal distension in an illusion of esophagus， and promote rehabilitation of patients.
