摘要

本文对1例急性脑血管病伴重度贫血患者的护理进行回顾性分析。根据患者的护理问题和护理诊断结果，我们采取了中西医结合的护理措施，包括针灸、中药口服、康复锻炼等。结果表明通过中西医结合护理，能有效提高患者疾病转归的速度，提高了护理的安全性及有效性，为今后此类患者的临床中西医护理提供了一定的参考。

Abstract

This article retrospectively analyzes the nursing care of a patient with acute cerebrovascular disease accompanied by severe anemia. According to the patient's nursing problems and nursing diagnosis results， we took the nursing measures of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine， including acupuncture， oral Chinese medicine， and rehabilitation exercise， etc. The results showed that through the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing， the speed of disease progression in the patient， and the safety and effectiveness of nursing were improved. This provides a certain reference for the clinical nursing of such patients in the future.
