摘要

本文总结1例从调补阴阳角度探讨肺癌患者失眠的中医外治护理体会和效果，以及中药热庵包和耳穴贴压治疗的操作方法与注意事项。在常规护理的基础上，通过实施中药热庵包配合耳穴贴压疗法，以经络为通道，以中药为载体，通过调补阴阳，改善患者睡眠质量和生活质量，促进患者机体健康恢复。

Abstract

This paper summarized the experience and effect of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment and nursing for a lung cancer patient with insomnia from the perspective of regulating and reinforcing Yin and Yang， as well as the operation method and precautions of traditional Chinese medicine Ream bao and auricular point sticking therapy. On the basis of routine nursing， the patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Ream bao combined with auricular point sticking therapy. With the meridians as the channel and traditional Chinese medicine as the carrier， the patients' sleep quality and life quality were improved by regulating and reinforcing Yin and Yang， and the patients' body health recovery was promoted.
