摘要

本文总结1例腰骶部疼痛伴双下肢寒凉的痹病患者行火龙罐综合灸治疗的效果观察及护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，采取火龙罐综合灸治疗并配合个性化护理、饮食护理、起居护理、情志护理等常规护理措施，患者腰骶部冷痛及下肢寒凉症状明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the effect observation and nursing experience of a patient with lumbosacral pain and cold spondylosis of lower limbs treated with comprehensive moxibustion with fire dragon pot. Based on the syndrome differentiation and nursing theory of traditional Chinese medicine， the fire dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion treatment was adopted combined with routine nursing measures such as personalized nursing， diet nursing， daily living nursing， emotional nursing and so on. The patients' lumbosacral cold pain and cold symptoms of lower limbs were significantly improved.
