摘要

本文总结五阶梯营养管理模式干预1例多脏器功能障碍综合征患者的护理实践经验。在常规护理基础上，运用正确的营养评估方式，多学科会诊，五阶梯营养管理模式干预，有效改善了患者的营养状况；同时开展以学定教式营养教育和延续护理指导，为患者及家属提供系统全面的护理干预。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing practice experience of a patient with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome treated with five-step nutrition management model. Based on the routine nursing， nutritional assessment methods， multidisciplinary consultations， and five-step nutrition management model were applied to improve the patient's nutritional status. At the same time， nutrition education and continuing nursing guidance based on learning and teaching were performed to provide systematic and comprehensive nursing interventions for the patient and her family.
