摘要

本文总结1例宫颈癌术后下肢淋巴水肿继发慢性丹毒患者采用中西医协同治疗方案，包括中医外治、局部摩法刮痧、淋巴水肿综合消肿治疗（CDT）等护理措施。经积极治疗护理，患者3 d后丹毒痊愈，7 d后下肢淋巴水肿明显改善，右下肢住院前后周径差平均2.9 cm，遵医嘱出院。

Abstract

This article summarized a case of chronic erysipelas secondary to lower limb lymphedema after cervical cancer surgery. The integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine was adopted， including external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine， local rubbing and scraping， comprehensive decongestive therapy （CDT） and other nursing measures. After active treatment and nursing， the patient recovered from erysipelas 3 days later， and the lower limb lymphedema improved significantly 7 days later. The average circumference difference of the right lower limb before and after hospitalization was 2.9 cm， and the patient was discharged according to the doctor's advice.
