摘要
本文总结1例中药热奄包联合腰背肌康复训练缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛的护理经验。在完善护理评估的基础上，明确护理问题并制定护理计划，实施针对性的护理措施，包括一般护理及特色联合护理。特色联合护理为中药热奄包联合腰背肌康复训练，缓解腰椎间盘突出症引起的疼痛，促进患者腰椎功能康复。
Abstract
This paper summarized the nursing experience of a case of traditional Chinese medicine hot package combined with lumbar back muscle rehabilitation training to relieve the pain of patients with lumbar disc herniation. On the basis of perfecting nursing assessment， nursing problems were identified， nursing plans were made， and targeted nursing measures were implemented， including general nursing and special combined nursing. The characteristic combined nursing was traditional Chinese medicine hot package combined with lumbar and back muscle rehabilitation training to relieve the pain caused by lumbar disc herniation and promote the rehabilitation of lumbar function.
