摘要

本案例介绍应用穴位注射联合温灸器艾灸干预1例腰间盘突出症患者的护理经验。基于“子午流注”理论，应用穴位注射腺苷钴胺联合艾灸，有效改善了患者的疼痛症状，提高了患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This case introduces the nursing experience of using acupoint injection combined with warm moxibustion to intervene in a patient with lumbar disc herniation. Based on the theory of "midnight-noon ebb-flow"， the application of acupoint injection of adenosine cobaltamide combined with moxibustion effectively improved the patient's pain symptoms and improved the life quality.
