摘要

目的

总结1例隔姜灸联合耳穴压丸治疗乳腺癌术后化疗恶心呕吐患者的护理体会。

方法

本案例基于中医的整体观和辨证施护理论，采用隔姜灸联合耳穴压丸的中医护理技术，结合饮食调护、情志护理、生活起居护理等护理方法，干预乳腺癌术后化疗患者恶心呕吐症状。

结果

有效缓解乳腺癌术后化疗患者恶心呕吐症状，提高患者满意度，以期对于临床治疗提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract

Objective

To summarize the nursing experience of a case of ginger-separated moxibustion combined with auricular point pressure pills in the treatment of postoperative chemotherapy nausea and vomiting in breast cancer patients.

Methods

Based on the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine and dialectical nursing theory， this case adopted the TCM nursing technology of ginger-separated moxibustion combined with auricular point pressure pills， combined with diet care， emotional care， daily life care and other nursing methods to intervene the nausea and vomiting symptoms of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy after operation.

Results

The symptoms of nausea and vomiting in breast cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy were effectively relieved， and the satisfaction of patients was improved， so as to provide some reference for clinical treatment.
