摘要
目的

本文总结1例耳穴揿针治疗骶尾部藏毛窦患者术后伤口疼痛的护理体会。
方法
2
根据VAS疼痛评分标准、焦虑自评量表进行评估，运用中医辩证施护，给予耳穴揿针治疗。
结果
2
通过实施耳穴揿针治疗，明显改善患者骶尾部伤口疼痛的症状，减轻了患者的痛苦。
结论
2
耳穴揿针治疗藏毛窦术后疼痛的患者，减轻焦虑症，治疗效果明显，不良反应少，易被患者接受。
Abstract
Objective
2
To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with postoperative wound pain in the sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus treated with auricular intradermal needling.
Methods
2
The patients were evaluated by visual analogue scale （VAS） and self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）， and treated by auricular intradermal needling with dialectical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.
Results

The symptoms of sacrococcygeal wound pain were significantly improved by auricular intradermal needling.
Conclusions

Auricular intradermal needling can relieve anxiety in patients with postoperative pain of pilonidal sinus， with obvious therapeutic effect and fewer adverse reactions， and is easy to be accepted by patients.
