摘要

急性胰腺炎是指胰腺及其周围组织被胰腺分泌的消化酶自身消化所致的化学性炎症，中医学上属“腹痛”范畴，临床上以急性腹痛、发热伴有恶心、呕吐及血尿淀粉酶增高为特点。目前采用非手术疗法联合中医治疗得到广泛应用，本文对1例急性重症胰腺炎患者开展中西医结合治疗及护理，有效缓解患者的临床症状，促进患者康复。

Abstract

Acute pancreatitis refers to the chemical inflammation caused by the digestion of the pancreas and its surrounding tissues by the digestive enzymes secreted by the pancreas. In traditional Chinese medicine， it belongs to the scope of "abdominal pain". Clinically， it is characterized by acute abdominal pain， fever accompanied by nausea， vomiting and increased blood and urine amylase. At present， non-surgical treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment is widely used. In this paper， a patient with severe acute pancreatitis was treated and nursed with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine， which effectively relieved the patient's clinical symptoms and promoted the patient's recovery.
