摘要

本文总结1例采用穴位按摩护理技术预防颅内血肿患者静脉血栓发生的护理经验。通过开展护理评估，在常规护理基础上实施中医护理技术，运用穴位按摩被动按揉双下肢，促进下肢血液循环，预防静脉血栓的发生。穴位按摩具有绿色、安全、患者（或家属）易于接受及依从性高等优势。本案例充分发挥中医特色护理技术，有效预防患者静脉血栓的发生，提高了患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the 1 case with point massage care technique prevention and nursing experience of intracranial hematoma in patients with venous thrombosis occurs. Through nursing assessment， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing technology was implemented on the basis of routine nursing， and acupoint massage was used to passively press and kneading the lower limbs to promote the blood circulation of the lower limbs and prevent the occurrence of venous thrombosis. Acupoint massage has the advantages of green， safety， easy acceptance by patients （or their families） and high compliance. This case gives full play to the characteristic nursing technology of traditional Chinese medicine， effectively prevents the occurrence of venous thrombosis and improves the quality of life of patients.
