摘要

本文总结运用中药穴位贴敷联合隔姜灸治疗1例髋关节置换术后患者便秘的护理经验。患者便秘后及时完善护理评估，明确护理目标，在中医辨证施护理论的指导下，予穴位贴敷和隔姜灸同时配合常规的护理措施，有效改善患者便秘的症状，减轻患者痛苦，促进患者加速康复。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of using Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with ginger-separated moxibustion in the treatment of constipation in a patient after hip replacement. After the patient's constipation， the nursing assessment was timely improved， the nursing goal was clarified， and under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing theory， the acupoint application and ginger-separated moxibustion combined with conventional nursing measures were given， which effectively improved the symptoms of constipation， relieved the pain of patients， and promoted the accelerated recovery of patients.
