摘要

本文总结1例刺络拔罐联合耳穴压豆治疗慢性荨麻疹患者的护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，用刺络拔罐联合耳穴贴压技术配合对患者的生活起居、饮食护理、健康宣教等干预措施，有效改善了患者皮肤瘙痒、失眠的症状，提高了患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with chronic urticaria treated by bloodprick cupping combined with auricular acupoint bean pressure. Based on the syndrome differentiation and nursing theory of traditional Chinese medicine， the acupuncture cupping combined with auricular point sticking technology combined with the patients' daily life， diet nursing， health education and other intervention measures can effectively improve the patients' symptoms of skin itching and insomnia， and improve the patients' quality of life.
