摘要

本文总结1例中西医结合治疗丹毒的护理经验。西医主要采用抗生素治疗，中医采用复方黄柏液外敷加口服中药，辅以生活起居护理、用药护理、情志调理等相关护理。对患者实施全程、优质的护理，中西医并重，标本兼治，提高疗效及患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of one case of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of erysipelas. Western medicine mainly focused on antibiotic treatment， while Chinese medicine adopted compound Huangbai liquid external application plus oral Chinese medicine， supplemented by daily living care， medication care， emotional conditioning and other related care. The whole-process and high-quality nursing for the patient was implemented， which effectivly improved the efficacy and the patient’s life quality.
