摘要

本文总结应用“培元固本”理论行火龙罐综合灸干预1例老年抗生素相关性腹泻患者的护理经验。基于“培元固本”理论，实施火龙罐综合灸中医特色技术，开阳明经调理肠胃，开任脉及诸穴培元固本、温肾健脾，双侧足三里雀啄灸调节肠胃功能，并配合针对性护理干预，有效改善了患者抗生素相关性腹泻症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using the "Peiyuan Guben" theory to intervene in an elderly patient with antibiotic related diarrhea through comprehensive moxibustion with Huolong cupping. Based on the theory of " Peiyuan Guben"， the comprehensive moxibustion with Huolong cupping was implemented to regulate the intestines and stomach by opening the Yang meridian， regulating the Ren meridian and various acupoints， cultivating the essence and strengthening the kidney and spleen， regulating the gastrointestinal function by bilateral Zusanli sparrow pecking moxibustion， and cooperating with targeted nursing interventions， effectively improving the patient's symptoms of antibiotic related diarrhea.
