摘要
本文总结1例肝郁脾虚型泄泻患者的护理经验。以“合主逆气而泄”理论为基础，使用揿针联合艾灸缓解因肝郁脾虚引起的腹泻，采用子午流注择时耳穴压豆改善患者的睡眠问题。经治疗，患者腹泻腹胀及睡眠问题得到改善，生活质量得到提高。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency diarrhea. On the basis of the theory of "the main and reverse qi and drainage"， the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion was used to relieve the diarrhea caused by liver depression and spleen deficiency. After treatment， the patients' diarrhea， abdominal distension and sleep problems were effectively improved， and the quality of life of the patients was improved.
