摘要
本文总结1例妇科腹腔镜术后子宫肌瘤患者在院期间给予基于ERAS联合中医适宜技术的围手术期护理管理。予患者基于外科加速康复联合中医耳穴压丸、中药热奄包、温灸器灸的治疗，有效减轻患者术后切口的疼痛，缩短疼痛持续时间、缩短患者术后卧床时间及肛门排气时间，提高了围手术期患者的舒适度，加速了术后患者的康复进程。
Abstract
This paper summarized the perioperative nursing management of a gynecological laparoscopic hysteromyoma patient in hospital based on ERAS combined with appropriate techniques of Chinese medicine. The treatment based on accelerated surgical rehabilitation combined with Chinese medicine ear point pressure pill， Chinese medicine Remei bag and warm moxibustion moxibustion can effectively reduce the postoperative incision pain of patients， shorten the duration of pain， shorten the postoperative bed time and anal exhaust time of patients， improve the comfort of patients in perioperative period， and accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation process of patients.
