摘要

本文总结中医全息刮痧联合艾灸治疗1例气滞血瘀型腰痹病的护理体会。基于中医辨证施护理论基础，对患者进行全面评估，确定护理问题，通过中医全息刮痧联合艾灸并配合辨证施教、辨证施膳及功能锻炼等，患者腰部疼痛及睡眠均有明显改善，提升了患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of TCM holographic Gua Sha combined with moxibustion in treating a case of waist bi disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis. Based on the theoretical basis of TCM syndrome differentiation and care， the patient was comprehensively evaluated to determine the nursing problems. Through TCM holographic gua Sha combined with moxibustion， combined with syndrome differentiation and education， diet and functional exercise， the patient's back pain and sleep were significantly improved， and the patient's quality of life was improved.
