摘要

本文总结1例腕踝针联合中药水罐、艾灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎（KOA）的护理经验。中药水罐、艾灸、腕踝针三种中医外治疗法相结合，具有疏经通络、强壮筋骨、通关利节、祛风除湿、活血化瘀、消肿止痛之功效，同时配合情志调护、生活起居等中医特色护理，能有效缓解KOA患者膝关节疼痛，提高生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating knee osteoarthritis （KOA） with a combination of wrist-ankle acupuncture， herbal water cupping， and moxibustion. The combination of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） external treatments， including wrist-ankle acupuncture， moxibustion， and herbal water cupping， has the functions of promoting blood circulation， strengthening muscles and bones， opening the meridians， dispelling wind and dampness， promoting blood circulation， and relieving pain. At the same time， combining it with the unique nursing care methods of TCM， such as emotional regulation and daily living habits， can effectively relieve knee joint pain in KOA patients and improve their quality of life.
