摘要

本文总结1例中药膏摩联合艾灸治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎的护理经验。完善护理评估，基于中医辨证施护理论，采取中药膏摩联合艾灸并配合生活起居、饮食护理、情志护理、功能锻炼，对比治疗前后的疗效，患者在治疗后疼痛减轻，肿胀消失，关节活动较之前灵活。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of knee osteoarthritis treated by TCM ointment and moxibustion in wind-cold-dampness bi. The nursing evaluation was improved. Based on the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and care， Chinese ointment and moxibustion combined with daily life， diet care， emotional care and functional exercise were adopted to compare the curative effect before and after treatment. After treatment， the patient's pain was reduced， swelling disappeared and joint movement was more flexible than before.
