摘要

本文总结采用十二经络择时穴位贴敷治疗3例帕金森综合征患者夜间尿频症状的护理病例。基于中医辨证施护结合子午流注十二经络盛衰理论下，实行“因时而护，择时而治”，选取针对性的穴位和经络择时进行中药穴位贴敷技术治疗。在完善常规护理的基础上，配合用药、运动、情志、安全等整体护理治疗，协助患者提高认知自身疾病，取得良好配合从而改善临床症状。中药穴位贴敷技术具有安全便捷、无创价廉且优效无毒副作用，患者易于接受此技术等优势，亟待临床广泛应用和推广。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing cases of 3 patients with Parkinson's syndrome who were treated with 12 meridians and timed acupoints. Based on the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and care combined with the rise and fall of the twelve meridians， the practice of "protecting according to the time， choosing the time to treat" was implemented， and the targeted points and meridians were selected for the treatment of TCM acupoint application technology. On the basis of improving routine nursing， combined with medication， exercise， emotion， safety and other holistic nursing treatment， to assist patients to improve their awareness of their disease， to achieve good cooperation to improve clinical symptoms. Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application technology has the advantages of safety， convenience， non-invasive， inexpensive， excellent efficacy， non-toxic side effects， and easy to be accepted by patients， so it needs to be widely used and promoted in clinic.
