摘要

本文总结1例踝关节骨折手术患者经中医五音疗法联合穴位按摩缓解焦虑状态的护理体会。评估患者焦虑状态，给予中医情志护理来舒情解郁；通过辨证骨折证型，给予五音疗法缓解患者疼痛；患者术中出现高血压，运用穴位按摩降低血压及减轻术中出血；运用中医穴位按摩预防术后恶心呕吐。五音疗法联合穴位按摩能降低焦虑、疼痛及高血压等因素对骨折手术恢复的不良影响。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing practice of five-tone music therapy combined with acupoint massage in relieving anxiety in a patient undergoing ankle fracture surgery. Traditional Chinese Medicine emotion regulation was carried put based on the anxiety assessment. Five-tone music therapy was used to relieve the pain based on the syndromes differentiation of ankle fracture. The acupoint massage was used to control the blood pressure， reduce the risk of hemorrhage during operation and post-operative nausea vomiting. The Five-tone music therapy combined with acupoint massage is effective to reduce the negative influence of anxiety， pain and other issues on the recovery of patient after ankle fracture surgery.
