摘要

本文总结中药膏摩联合中药保留灌肠技术在1例慢性肾脏病5期不完全性肠梗阻患者护理中的效果及中医护理经验。在常规禁食基础上，实施中医特色治疗中药膏摩、中药保留灌肠技术，同时配合疼痛、心理等护理干预，缓解患者腹胀，促进排便、排气恢复正常。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the treatment effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment and rubbing combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine retained enema and nursing practice of a patient with stage 5 kidney disease and incomplete intestinal obstruction. On the basis of routine fasting， the implementation of Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment and rubbing therapy and Chinese herbal medicine retained enema technology were carried out， as well as pain management and psychological nursing intervention， to relieve the abdominal distension and promote the recovery of bowel movement.
