摘要
本文总结1例心源性休克患者的医护一体化中医护理查房经验。患者处于昏迷状态，气管插管，有创呼吸机辅助通气，采用中药鼻饲、皮内针、中药口护及超声药物透入治疗等治疗措施，经治疗，患者病情相对稳定。由主管医护共同参与制定护理计划，实施病情治疗，管路和皮肤的集束化管理，分析患者疾病转归、化验指标及临床症状改善情况等，保证有效吸痰及呼吸道的通畅，避免肺部感染，减少并发症的发生。
Abstract
This article summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese medicine nursing rounds in a patient with cardiogenic shock. The patient is in a coma， with tracheal intubation and invasive ventilator assisted ventilation. Treatment measures such as traditional Chinese medicine nasal feeding， intradermal needles， traditional Chinese medicine oral care， and ultrasound drug penetration therapy were used. After treatment， the patient's condition is relatively stable. The responsible medical staff jointly participate in the development of nursing plans， implementation of disease treatment， bundled management of pipelines and skin， analysis of patient disease outcomes， laboratory indicators， and improvement of clinical symptoms， to ensure effective sputum aspiration and airway patency， avoid lung infections， and reduce the occurrence of complications.
