摘要

本文总结1例腰椎术后患者应用砭石中药膏摩联合五子散烫熨治疗便秘的护理过程。本例患者自术后6 h开始予砭石中药膏摩联合五子散烫熨治疗，连续干预5 d，患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、Bristol大便性状分型量表及便秘症状自评价表评估结果均较术前有所改善，表明砭石中药膏摩联合五子散烫熨干预，能有效缓解胸腰椎压缩性骨折所致腹胀便秘。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing process of a patient who underwent lumbar spine surgery and was treated with Bianshi traditional Chinese medicine ointment combined with Wuzi powder for constipation. The patient in this case was treated with a combination of Bianshi traditional Chinese medicine ointment and Wuzi powder ironing starting from 6 hours after surgery， with continuous intervention for 5 days. The patient's bowel sound recovery time， Bristol stool characteristic classification scale， and constipation symptom self-evaluation table were all improved compared to before surgery， indicating that Bianshi traditional Chinese medicine ointment and Wuzi powder ironing intervention can effectively alleviate abdominal distension and constipation caused by thoracolumbar compression fractures.
