摘要
本文总结1例应用中西医联合刺络拔罐治疗手部带状疱疹患者的护理体会，并对患者实施的护理技术进行效果观察和探讨。在中医理论指导下，辨证论治，采用中西药内服联合刺络、拔罐的治疗方式并进行精细化护理措施。经治疗，患者手部水泡明显消退，明显缓解患者疼痛症状，生活质量提高。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with hand herpes zoster treated with a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine， and observes and discusses the effectiveness of the nursing techniques implemented for the patient. Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory， the treatment is based on syndrome differentiation and adopts a combination of Chinese and Western medicine oral administration， acupuncture， and cupping， with refined nursing measures. After treatment， the blisters on the patient's hands significantly disappeared， the pain symptoms were significantly relieved， and the quality of life was improved.
