摘要
本文总结1例中西医结合治疗高位复杂肛瘘患者的护理体会。术后西医给予抗炎、止痛等肛肠科护理常规；中医根据辨证分型实施艾灸、中药局部熏洗、中药湿敷、中药化腐清创术等中医特色护理技术。采用中西医结合护理相互补充协同，能够减轻患者痛苦，加快疾病康复。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with high complex anal fistula treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. After the operation， anorectal nursing routine such as anti-inflammation and pain relief were carried out， while Traditional Chinese Medicine characteristic nursing techniques such as moxibustion， local fumigation and Chinese herbal medicine washing， wet compress and debridement were provided according to syndrome differentiation. The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing can relieve the pain of the patient and accelerate the recovery of diseases.
