摘要

本文总结1例多重耐药菌感染重症肺炎患者的护理体会，主要措施包括应用全方位中西结合护理模式进行隔离管控以切断传播，气道管理以改善通气，营养支持以提高免疫力，康复指导以改善预后，促进患者控制感染，推进恢复进程。经综合护理干预后，患者多重耐药菌感染感染得到控制，呼吸较为平顺，恢复良好，住院期间无并发症发生，继续在院巩固疗效。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with severe pneumonia caused by multidrug-resistant bacteria infection. The main measures include applying a comprehensive combination of Chinese and Western nursing models for isolation and control to cut off transmission， airway management to improve ventilation， nutritional support to enhance immunity， rehabilitation guidance to improve prognosis， promoting patient infection control， and advancing the recovery process. After comprehensive nursing intervention， the patient's multidrug-resistant bacterial infection was controlled， breathing was relatively smooth， recovery was good， and no complications occurred during hospitalization. The patient continued to consolidate the therapeutic effect in the hospital.
