摘要

本文总结1例肛瘘术后患者应用中药熏洗联合皮内针治疗，改善术后疼痛及创面愈合的护理体会。本例患者术后第1天开始中药熏洗联合皮内针治疗，连续干预10 d，患者的术后疼痛、肛缘水肿及创面分泌物等症状均有所改善，表明中药熏洗联合皮内针治疗能够降低肛瘘术后患者疼痛，促进创面愈合。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient who underwent anal fistula surgery and was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with intradermal needle therapy to improve postoperative pain and wound healing. On the first day after surgery， the patient in this case began treatment with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with intradermal needle therapy. After continuous intervention for 10 days， the patient's postoperative pain， anal margin edema， and wound secretions all improved， indicating that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and intradermal needle therapy can reduce pain in patients with anal fistula surgery and promote wound healing.
