摘要

本文总结1例中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病感染疖病患者的护理经验。糖尿病疖是一种临床上常见的因血糖较高导致机体免疫力下降继发的皮肤细菌感染性疾病，糖尿病继发疖可导致严重后果，甚至可以危及生命。西医主要采用抗生素治疗，中医采用复方黄柏液外敷及拔罐治疗，中西医结合治疗有效改善患者症状，加速伤口愈合，对糖尿病感染疖病皮肤组织恢复有积极作用。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a case of infectious furuncle of type 2 diabetes treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Diabetes furuncle is a common clinical skin bacterial infectious diseases secondary to the decline of immunity due to high blood sugar. diabetes furuncle can lead to serious consequences， even life-threatening. Western medicine mainly uses antibiotics， while traditional Chinese medicine uses compound phellodendron solution for external application and cupping. The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively improve the symptoms of patients， accelerate wound healing， and play a positive role in the recovery of diabetes infected furuncle skin tissue.
