摘要
本文总结1例脾肾两虚型慢性肾衰患者的中医整体护理经验，实施慢性肾衰中医护理方案，具体包括证候要点、辨证施护、中医特色治疗护理、健康指导及护理效果评价。本例患者经干预后，临床症状缓解，出院后予随访，患者自我管理能力提高，依从性好，有效提高慢性肾衰患者的生活质量。
Abstract
This article summarizes the overall nursing experience of a patient with spleen kidney deficiency type chronic renal failure in traditional Chinese medicine， implements a traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan for chronic renal failure， including key points of syndrome differentiation， nursing care based on syndrome differentiation， traditional Chinese medicine characteristic treatment nursing， health guidance， and nursing effect evaluation. After intervention， the clinical symptoms of the patient in this case were relieved. Follow up was conducted after discharge， and the patient's self-management ability improved with good compliance， effectively improving the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure.
