摘要

本文总结1例输尿管结石疼痛患者的中西医结合治疗及护理体会。患者因右侧输尿管腹段结石出现右侧腰腹部疼痛，伴全程无痛肉眼血尿。予患者行体外冲击波碎石治疗以及排石中药，在中医辨证施护理论指导下，给予患者中药水罐、中药热庵包的中医护理技术干预，同时结合饮食、生活及运动等护理，有效缓解患者疼痛等症状，减轻患者的痛苦，值得临床推广使用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing care for a patient with ureteral stone pain. The patient experienced pain in the right lower back and abdomen due to stones in the right ureteral segment， accompanied by painless gross hematuria throughout the entire process. Patients are treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and traditional Chinese medicine for stone removal. Guided by the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing， TCM nursing techniques such as traditional Chinese medicine water tanks and traditional Chinese medicine hot pot bags are given to patients. At the same time， diet， lifestyle， and exercise care are combined to effectively alleviate patients' symptoms such as pain and reduce their suffering. It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
